| Luther Park Luther Park at Sandpoint is currently under development by First Lutheran Church as a senior housing ministry. When complete in the early fall of 2008 Luther Park will feature 60 units of catered living apartments with full kitchens, 1 to 2 bedrooms, laundry, and 1 to 1 1/2 bathrooms. In addition 27 units of memory care suites and enhanced assisted living suites are being provided for those with greater needs for assistance.
